A
bunch of the Georgia 4-wheel-drive clubs travelled to Alabama to ride
at the Gray Rock ORV Area (www.grayrockorv.com) on Saturday, May 22, 2004.
We had a blast. The area is only a few hundred acres,
but it is riddled with well-constructed trails of all levels of difficulty.
Lots of the trails are high-challenge, so you can spend a full day (or
longer) running the trails.
Trails are rated on a scale of 1 (easy) to 5 (most difficult).
Some trails have multiple ratings, depending on which section you are
(you can usually exit between sections).
Donald was driving his TJ Wrangler and Stefan was riding
shotgun. These are the trails we went on:
- Spring Twister (both directions)
- Rock Holler
- Cable Hill
- Gray Rock Canyon
- Whiskey Springs
- Trail (A)
- Trail (B)
